Profile Our flexible manufacturing facilities provide us with the capability to handle harness quantities from single piece prototypes through to production volumes. Since its foundation in 1974, Staeng has established an excellent reputation for high quality work and we continually seek to ensure that the service we provide to all our customers is of the highest standard emphasised by our facilities for design work, prototype, development, manufacture and testing. For harness development projects, Staeng can begin with a customers broad outline specifications continuing through to a fully developed cabling solution. Our flexibility enables us to provide a quick response, supplying production and electrical drawings, parts list and test specifications. We appreciate that prototype development and manufacture can involve multiple design changes and alterations. This requires an adaptable approach and a close liaison between the customer and Staeng engineering team. Our extensive experience in this field has developed into an ability to quickly interpret our customers' requirements and move the project along its development course to produce a high quality harness solutions in the shortest possible timescale. Our automatic testing facility is an integral part of our quality control system and full release documentation is provided if required.
